CONTEXT: The "My Disneyland Video Planner" was a personalized planning tool offered by Disneyland, allowing guests to create custom video itineraries for their visits. Users could select their travel dates, preferred attractions, and dining preferences, and the tool would generate a tailored video guide to help plan their trip.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Planning a Disney vacation can be overwhelming due to the vast number of options, itineraries, and experiences available. While existing planning tools provide useful information, they often lack personalization and emotional engagement.

RESEARCH: Initial research was performed to validate business assumptions via surveys. Multiple rounds of user testing were conducted as the final designs were solidifying.

MY ROLE: Led the entire UX process, from initial and ongoing research to developing process flows, wireframes, and interaction specifications.
