CONTEXT: Publix Store Information Management System is a portal for management to oversee the store information for the over 1,400 Publix supermarkets locations.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Managing accurate and up-to-date store information across Publix’s vast network of locations is currently a complex and manual process. Inconsistent data related to store hours, services, contacts, and location-specific details can lead to customer confusion, operational inefficiencies, and increased support overhead.

MY ROLE: As lead UX designer I was responsible for the overall flow and display of store information. This included process flows, wireframes and interaction specifications. Implemented visual design to ensure a cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging user experience aligned with brand guidelines.
