CONTEXT: The "Nestea Plunge Into Summer Sweepstakes" was a promotional campaign launched by Nestea in 2014 to celebrate the revitalization of their iconic "Nestea Plunge" advertising campaign from the 1970s through the 1990s. The sweepstakes aimed to promote Nestea's improved recipe, featuring enhanced flavor and reduced calories.
PROBLEM STATEMENT: The current subscription sign-up process lacks a cohesive, intuitive digital experience, often resulting in user drop-off, input errors, and confusion around subscription options. Without a streamlined and user-friendly interface, potential subscribers may abandon the process before completion, impacting conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
MY ROLE: As lead UX designer I was responsible for the overall experience from process flows to wireframe production. Worked closely with business partners and the development team to align on user needs and business goals, ensuring that design solutions were both technically feasible and strategically impactful throughout the product development lifecycle.
