CONTEXT: The "My Disneyland" section on Disneyland.com is a personalized hub for managing your Disneyland Resort experience. By signing in with your Disney account, you can access and manage your theme park tickets, make and view park reservations, and link hotel bookings.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: The current My Disneyland profile management section on Disneyland.com lacks clarity, consistency, and ease of use, making it difficult for users to manage their personal information, preferences, and linked accounts.

RESEARCH: A competitive analysis was performed looking at similar profile management experiences across other entertainment sites. Rounds of iterative user testing were conducted throughout the lifecycle of the project.

MY ROLE: Worked closely with business stakeholders and product owners to craft UX requirements. Conducted initial user research as well as user testing throughout the UX process. Generated wireframes as well as interaction specifications.
