CONTEXT: The Disney Ticket Purchase Portal is the official online platform where guests can buy tickets for Disney theme parks, including Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. Accessible through Disneyland.com or DisneyWorld.com.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: The current Disney park ticket purchasing process can be confusing and inconvenient, leading to guest frustration and drop-offs. A more streamlined, user-friendly experience is needed to improve convenience, ease of purchase, and overall guest satisfaction.

MY ROLE: As Sr. UX Designer, I worked closely with product owners and business leads to identify key business needs and align on user goals. I then produced UX deliverables including process flows, wireframes, and wireflows, translating complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff and supported usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
