CONTEXT: The Disney Special Offers Widget is an interactive feature on the Walt Disney World Resort website that provides users with easy access to current promotions and discounts. This tool allows visitors to explore a variety of offers, including room rates, ticket packages, and seasonal deals.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Guests visiting the Disney Parks website often struggle to easily discover and access current promotions, discounts, and special offers due to a fragmented user experience and limited visibility of relevant deals.

MY ROLE: Worked with business leads and product owner on UX requirements. Led the overall UX design process, including wireframes and interaction specifications.
