CONTEXT: ​The Disney Main Entrance Pass is a complimentary benefit provided to eligible Disney employees, known as Cast Members, allowing them to grant free admission to Disney theme parks for themselves and their guests.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: The current process for managing Disney Main Entrance Passes is manual, fragmented, and often confusing for eligible Cast Members and their guests.

MY ROLE: Developed comprehensive process flows to map out user journeys and system interactions, and created wireframes to visualize layout and functionality. Additionally, produced detailed interaction specifications to ensure consistent behavior across devices and to provide clear guidance for development teams, facilitating a seamless handoff and alignment between design and engineering.
