CONTEXT: "Disney Dining Preorder" is the ability to place and pay for your meal in advance at select Disney Quick-Service restaurants via Disneyworld.com.
PROBLEM STATEMENT: Dining at Disney Parks is a key part of the guest experience, but traditional ordering methods often result in long wait times, crowded queues, and missed opportunities to enjoy other attractions.
RESEARCH: Extensive competitive analysis was conducted looking at online order experiences. Multiple rounds of user testing (clickable prototypes) were conducted to gather feedback, identify pain points, and validate design decisions. Each round informed iterative improvements to ensure the final product met user needs and expectations.
MY ROLE: As UX lead, I was responsible for the end-to-end UX design. This was from research to hand-off of finished deliverables. These included wireframes, prototypes and interaction specifications.
