CONTEXT: The Disney Annual Passholder Sign-Up Tool is integrated into the disneyworld.com website, serving as the primary platform for purchasing, managing, and enjoying the benefits of a Walt Disney World Annual Pass.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Disney Annual Passholders often face challenges when trying to register for exclusive events due to high demand, limited availability, and inefficient sign-up processes. The current systems can be confusing, slow, and prone to technical issues.
